01 Acceptance of Terms

03 Account Registration and Security

To use laky97's gaming services, you must register a personal account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. Providing false details — including a false name, date of birth or contact information — is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.

Account security is your responsibility. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your laky97 account and not share it with anyone.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Notify laky97 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Not allow any other person to use your account, credentials or payment methods linked to your account.

laky97 will never contact you to ask for your password. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the support team immediately.

Accounts that show signs of shared use, fraudulent activity or identity misrepresentation may be suspended without advance notice. Any bonus credits or pending withdrawals on such accounts may be voided pending investigation.

04 Deposits and Payments

laky97 processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit/credit cards and mobile wallets. The minimum deposit amount varies by method — please refer to the Deposit page for current limits.

• Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed instantly.
• Bank Transfer and Raast deposits may take up to one business day to reflect in your account balance.
• You may only fund your laky97 account using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited.
• laky97 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposited funds are non-transferable between accounts.

laky97 reserves the right to request proof of ownership for any payment method used. If a deposit is made from an unverified or unmatched payment source, the deposit may be reversed and the account suspended pending review.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your laky97 account are subject to the following conditions:

• You must have completed any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds before those funds become withdrawable.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name — the same name as your verified laky97 account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day are displayed on the Deposit page.
• laky97 aims to process standard withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or if additional verification is required.
• laky97 reserves the right to conduct identity and payment verification checks before approving any withdrawal. Cooperation with verification requests is required to proceed.
• Withdrawals may be declined or delayed if account activity is flagged for review under our fraud prevention procedures.

If a withdrawal is declined, laky97 will notify you via your registered contact details and return the funds to your platform balance. You may be required to provide additional documentation before a subsequent withdrawal request is approved.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

laky97 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers and cricket-season promotions. All bonus offers are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific conditions stated in the individual promotion.

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the specific promotion's terms at the time of the offer.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and fish games may contribute at a lower rate. Check the specific promotion for details.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus offer may be active on your account at any given time. Opting into a new promotion before completing an existing one may result in forfeiture of the previous bonus.
• Expiry: All bonus funds and associated free spins have an expiry period. Unused bonus funds or spins that expire will be removed from your account automatically.
• Maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings: Some promotions cap the maximum amount that can be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings. This limit will be stated in the individual offer terms.
• One per household: Bonus offers are limited to one per person, household, IP address and device. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times will result in forfeiture and may trigger an account review.
• Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, manipulate or abuse bonus offers — including through coordinated play, arbitrage strategies or collusion — will result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided and the account suspended.

07 Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

All games available on laky97 — including slots, live casino tables, fish games and any other category — are governed by the individual game rules provided by the respective game software providers. laky97 acts as the platform host and is not the developer of the underlying game logic or RNG (Random Number Generator) systems.

• Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG software. laky97 does not influence, alter or manipulate any game outcome.
• In the event of a game malfunction or technical error, any affected bets or game rounds may be voided. Where a malfunction affects a payout, the payout amount will not be honoured and any stake involved will be refunded to your account balance.
• Players are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection during gameplay. laky97 is not liable for disconnections, incomplete game sessions or any outcomes arising from connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Attempting to use automated tools, bots, scripts or any software that interacts with laky97 games in a non-human manner is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
• Collusion between players in multiplayer games or live casino environments is prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the laky97 platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or registering under a false identity.
• Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal activity or using laky97 for money laundering purposes.
• Exploiting platform errors, glitches or unintended technical loopholes for financial gain.
• Sharing, selling or transferring your account credentials or account access to any third party.
• Using VPNs, proxies or other tools to misrepresent your location or bypass platform restrictions.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse or threatening behaviour toward laky97 staff or other users.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape or replicate any part of the laky97 platform.

laky97 cooperates with payment processors and financial institutions on fraud prevention. Any account flagged for suspicious financial activity may be frozen pending investigation, with withdrawal access suspended until the matter is resolved.

09 Responsible Gaming

laky97 is committed to promoting a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gaming is entertainment — it carries real financial risk and is never a reliable source of income. We encourage all players to approach the platform with clear limits and a level head.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players at any time through account settings:
